60 days rule and Tucows

Hi,
Look, if I caught a domain name in prerealized domain auction at NJ and domain names is registered at Tucows/Myhosting. I've received opensrs information and de facto I could transfer the domain name to any other registrar immediately. So there is no 60 days rule in this situation.
Am I wrong?

It's a prerelease domain (registered years ago) and not a drop. As it's not a new registration, it's not subject to that transfer rule.
