Help transfer away from UK2.net

Please help

I have had a number of domains held with uk2.net for over 5 years

and i am trying to move them to another registra,and uk2 are the admin contact on the domains, but they have not answerd many requests.

does any one have any ideas how to deal with this ?

IIRC, they are a reseller for joker.com who may be able to help.

What are the TLDs?
