Hi everyone I have a problem. My laser printer is a HP laserjet 1012 and somehow when I print from a Word document (and any other document, even PDF) the top margin printed on paper is always around 1 cm more than it's supposed to be as a result the bottom margin's always -1cm than it's formatted to do. Why does this happen? :S I tried adjusting the way the paper is put on the paper tray of the printer but if I move it away too far then the printer will not detect it. I'm doing the right thing!!

Someone help please. If you need more info just post thanks! (This is kind of urgent too I need to print something important quickly, and it just happened a few days ago)

Sorry if I posted in the wrong section :)

Try changing the settings of the paper from A4 to Letter, and vice versa.

Also try adjusting the margins in MS word.

If all fails, your best hope is to email hp tech support, and see how they reply.
