Help please with drug dealer!

I'm at my wits end. About six months ago, a well known local drug dealer moved next door to us.
He has a fearsome reputation for corrupting everyone he meets.
My wife has just told me that for the past three months, this fiend has even been giving illegal substances to our pet duck!
And now it's addicted to quack!
