Help needed regarding TM issue.

Hi all,

I own www.digg.co.in this is an indian extension(tld)

Many say that i could loose it because of digg being trademark in USA.

what should i do, shall i get rid of it as quickly as possible or can i hold it.

please suggest

Read up on UDRP and then come to your own conclusion.
