Help me!

Looking for a good cheap webcam. Under $50 if at all possible, but money isn't an issue. The cheaper it is, the sooner I can get it. I am interested in getting it offline or a place with ship to store for returns and such. Either way.

I need it for general webcam use. Talking to friends out of state face to face, recording vLogs. The last cam I had was HORRIBLE! (see example here)

The higher the resolution, the better. Also, FPS, I am looking for 30+. Don't need a built in mic, but if he has a nice one, let me know guys!

I was looking at them in Walmart the other day

As long as it's a nice quality. I don't want my lips to go 20 seconds behind the audio kind of thing :P And the less fuzzy, the better.
