Help Me Please - I'm a bit of a Dummy.

Not sure if I'm posting this in the correct forum? Please advise.

Anyway design and development isn't my thing. We have a group of four people here in my office. We concentrate on developing sites in Spanish, (we are in Venezuela). Anyway my webmasters are real busy, and I want to shock them all before they return in January, by building on my own, some simple one page parking pages, for some of my English Domains.

Can someone point me at some simple free templates or software with instuctions for idiots?

Help/Advice really appreciated.
