Help in Directory Script

Hi guys, I have been looking around for a directory listing script to list websites.

I would like to have something like: http://www.esyndicat.com/demo/

However, I would like a top bar (tool bar) still remaining on the browser even after the user click on website link. The reason for doing this is that, on the tool bar there is a rating/comment option for the viewer to 'grade' the website for their service/goods. Apart from that, the user can choose to go back to the directory or go on to the next website by clicking 'next'.

I have been looking high and low for a script like this but yielded nothing.

It sounds to me like you will just need to do some work with the templates. I am with phpLD which is a competitor of esyndicat. What you are asking is certainly possible with phpLD, but will require some customization to make it work the way you want, but probably not all that much. There are many php programmers that would be up to the task.
