Help hosting domain

i purchased resell hosting and i wanna make a site that looks professional does anyone know how to do this becuase i am new to this. alot of webhost sites look the same do they get the template from somewhere and how would i create a log in area like they have

I'd recommend against pirating templates that cost money, and I'd recommend against using a template. Make your own design, or hire a designer.
