hi,i plan to build a few sites and i intend to sell them.I will not keep them.
I'm troubled over deciding of whether buying a reseller account or shared hosting account.
reseller can create a number of accounts and the buyers can't mess with my other stuff
shared account is cheaper and i can do addon domains
do u think shared hosting is enough or should i get reseller hosting?

reseller is definatly better, the buyers can alwats pay for the hosting you would be providing.

If money is an issue, I think you could manage just fine with Shared hosting. If you are selling your developped sites, you can get your clients to find hosting elsewhere. In fact, most are likely to do that. With shared hosting, you can still create subdomains and then use add-on domains to point to these subdomains. Hence it is possible to host hundreds of websites on a shared account, without having to create a separate account for each website (as is the case with a reseller). Also, subdomains can be granted FTP access, so that the user may only reach the files within the subdomain and none else. I do not understand why your clients/buyers would need access to any files, since the website would be online and a demo is available right there.
