Hey people,
I would really appreciate your input on this matter.
I've been using name.com for quite a while now. And I am not pleased. They accidentally make my domain name expire twice, even after I just purchased a renewal. And let me garantee you this. It is 100% screw up on their part. Their support is slow too, not working during non-office hours and the two screw ups caused more than 72 hours of downtime.
Then today, they sent me a completely uncalled for email saying:

With the *** marking out senstive information (by me).
As you can see, I have recieved a complete set of information on other customers that included every private info they have on that customer besides their CC information (now that'll be cool if I got that, but...)
Bottomline is, I no longer trust name.com. However I just deposited USD25.00 into my account a few days earlier, and I would like to get the money refunded since I no longer wish to use their service. Any idea if that'll be possible?
Thank you for your input!
