Help buying a premium domain name ($10k+)

Hi everyone, I am interested in a specific premium domain name ($10k+) but the seller has not replied even though I have offered to pay a market price (without stating a specific number). The seller's info is behind DomainsByProxy.

Do you have any suggestions for getting the seller to reply?

Is there a good domain broker that you would recommend?

Visit the site and see if there is contact info. If not just reply to the DomainsByProxy email address. The owner WILL get the email.

There are two possibilities here:

1) The owner just hasn't had time to review or respond to your offer or
2) The owner's perception and your perception of what "market" price for the domain is different!.

Case in point - I own NUJ.com and recently got an offer from prospective buyer stating he was willing to give me above and beyond the market price for this domain, his offer was $795!
