I am a new member, joined some point last week.
My journey into domain investing began in 2020, not that long-ago, when I bought about 20 names (all com).
For the next 4 years I didn't do anything with them, busy with other things. It's only at the end of last year that
I started looking at the possibility of generating some income.
After some research on the internet, I decided to go with Sedo Marketplace to list the domain names. I also
looked at GoDaddy, Afternic, and a few others. In the reviews I read, Sedo was mentioned more highly. Since
then I have been looking at ways to promote my domain names, and this what led me to NamePros. At the
time I wasn't aware that you could also sell & buy on here.
On Sedo, you have a choice of landing pages. Depends on if you want to sell or generate income. There are
different marketplaces i.e. auctions, fixed price, offer etc. Fees range from 10 to 20%.
I am really looking to see if I can turn it into a business in the long run. I have bought some new names
recently, mainly focusing on com. One thing I have learned when looking at a new name, if it's available
buy it then & don't leave it because someone else will buy it.
For a beginner it's better to just focus on com then other TLDs, avoiding many legal pitfalls.

Waqar
