I'm an old time domainer who registered most of his domains between 1994 and 1998. I've been out of the domain scene since the late 1990s (before TargetTraffic and all these forums...). How things have changed! I remember when .com names were FREE.
I've sold a few domains in a Moniker live auction this year, and the transactions went smoothly.
I'm looking to sell some more, in particular adult related domains registered from 1996-1998 and some new .mobi names I got in the landrush. My options are a little overwhelming... Do I try and sell some on Sedo? On this board? On DNF (which I've not posted on but I'm about to)? On the Moniker site? If I have some .mobi names that I picked up at Pool, should I try their service? Um.. It seems like Pool isn't the place to sell.
In some cases I'd love to sell names in groups of a dozen or two dozen when it makes sense...
I'm also looking to buy names, but only ones that would be in the $50k+ category.
