domain hebergementweb.org - french for webhosting

Hi, it is difficult to get appraisals in french, so I hope maybe people around here will have an idea.
I'm looking for an appraisal of :

hebergementweb.org

"hebergement web" = "web hosting" in french.
The website is a host directory with (genuine) comments from users and a forum for web hosting discussion.

Content : 800+ hosts listed (200+ of which are registered in the forum), 600+ comments posted.
Forum is somewhat innactive (1500 posts total).
vb3 / vba / store hack

About 1000 daily visitors.

Ranks 1st in french google for a search for "hebergement web" (without the quotes), and has for 3 years.

PR5.

Revenue ~ $100 / month through adsense only (no affiliate links for hosts).

I also own hebergementweb.net and would be interested in an appraisal for the domain only.

Any help will be greatly appreciated !

I think it's a great name and the content matches the .org extension perfectly. I think with tthose traffic and revenue numbers, you should hold out for at least mid - high $xxxx for the site and content. Keep in mind that given the recession - and inherently smaller French marketplace - you may have to wait a while for the right buyer. Don't shortsell the site!

The .net is perfect for a provider... low $xxxx for the name alone, IMHO.

You're losing out on lucrative affiliate programs (for web hosting providers) ... did you give it a try? (including affiliate links for hosts)...
