domain Several FRENCH domains ... nom de domaines en français

These are (I believe) several pretty premium single word French domain names. Appraisals or constructive commentary is welcome:

courtierhypothecaire.com (Mortgage Broker)
.net and .ca taken
200,000+ results on Google (and 7-8 Adsense ads at all times..)

forfaits.org (forfaits = packages ; mainly for vacation or cellphone packages)
All the major other TLDs taken.
1.2M results on Google

hebergement.us (hebergement = hosting or accomodation. web hosting)
40M results on Google
All surrounding TLDs taken

We have other nice French domain names, and Canadian political names...

Je dois dire que j'aime bien tes nom de domain seulement il y a un petit hic pour "courtierhypothecaire.com" as-tu vu la longuer du nom domaine. Je ne sais même pas si tu pourras couvrir tes frais de registrations.

Pour "forfaits.org", je n'ai qu'un seul mot à dire : "wow"é Vraiment bien chosi cependant le .org ne joue pas en ta faveur mais je me risquerai à dire un montant dans les haut x xxx$.

Pour "hebergement.us", encore une fois c'est bien choisi mais il y a une petite contradiction quant au fait que tu vise une clientèle francophone cependant le nom de domaine est tout simplement incroyable mais je ne crois pas qu'il va de paire avec son extension. Cependant, je crois qu'il te rapportera dans les bas
xx xxx$.

J'éspère que je t'ai aidé en quelque soit, vraiment content de voir qu'il y est quelqu'un qui parle français dans le forum et que je ne contrevient pas au règles en te parlant en français...

I think courtierhypothecaire.com is the best of the lot but it's not a very frequent keyword.
Also it's kinda limitative, brokers tend to deal with many types of credit, not just house loans.

forfaits.org: imo not the best tld but could still be developed into a comparison website maybe.

hebergement.us: I have already appraised the name @ DNF.

My favorite (for the french market) is forfaits.org

Thanks Kate / SDS very much - I appreciate the input!!... I still think that for the market in French-speaking Canada that "courtier hypothecaire" can be quite lucrative... both to target mortgage seekers and perhaps sell the whole name to an actual mortgage broker company... (see the Adsense ads)

Thanks Tomsa - yes, it's primarily for Quebec / French-speaking Canada... and the .net and .ca being taken add to it's value.

I like forfaits.org as a comparison site - still not sure to compare forfaits cellulaires or forfaits de voyages (cells or travel).. or hey, maybe both.

You don't like hebergement.us ? Because of the .us extension ? I think it has huge potential for, again, multiple markets - web hosting and/or travel accomodations.

Just an update for those following the French domain name market; I received a few offers on courtierhypothecaire.com - and noted that more of the surrounding TLDs were registered (with and without dashes between courtier and hypothecaire)...

Interesting anecdote: gotta love lowball buyers; a bid from a party of SEDO in the low $xxx - I countered in mid-xxxx and the buyer counter-countered in very low xxx. Gotta wonder if people really think that all sellers can be so desperate... One thing I've learned is that patience (particularly in the domaining world) is rewarded.
