The growth numbers are pretty impressive......and look to have a very big ceiling for future adoption

It looks like you have a very narrow group of potential end users at the price range your looking for, I mean most resellers of heated products are not going to stump up that kind of cash leaving the tobacco companies themselves as your target market.....or maybe one of the top global/national health bodies......
A couple of tobacco companies have dedicated "science" sites set to help flog the "potential" health benefits of these products (I personally am using those quoted terms in a very loose manner!)

They also have their own brand names for their product ranges in place and will probably continue to roll out new brands in the future.
This leaves your EMD's as potential redirects to heated tobacco product pages on their sites or big health websites.......tough nut's to crack
Personally can't see a brand new website being created on these - I could be wrong though......
Are you getting decent type in traffic for these EMD's?
Have you parked them? Are they creating any revenue?
If so, you can multiply those figures and get an estimated value based on the above stats for x amount of months
I a sure if you dug around in the financials of some of the tobacco companies or online you could find a breakdown on how much they are making from these products.....
Instead of quoting you a random figure plucked out of the air I would suggest putting them on Make Offer with a minimum bid of 10k and see if anyone bites
