question Having trouble pushing a domain to another GD account..

Hi, i'm having a trouble pushing a domain from my GD account ot another.
After putting the address and customer #, I press next, it says "vaildating" for a second and then the "next" button greys out and nothing happens.

Can anyone help me to figure out this issue? Thanks!

the account you are trying to push the domain to hasn't configured the account info tab. Tell your buyer: First click on my account(top right), then click on 'visit my account', then navigate to the 'settings' tab and make sure that you have filled out the 'Account Owner Information'

I think this will fix your problem. If not, contact gd support
