Recently, I have been receiving emails asking me to buy domains similar to ones I have. I received at least two emails daily.

I already new about the domains and was not.interested as I could get each domain for any of the following prices :
$5, 9, $10, $12 ,all through Godaddy closeouts.

So when I saw this new style, I thought it was a clever way as can get the domain easily then try to sell to anyone for $$$$.

So I was wondering if any one received such emails.

I receive multiple of them everyday for the past multiple years!! I had setup spam filters to filter these already!

I've been getting those for as long as I can remember. Unfortunately my spam filter doesn't catch them all and still have to deal with a couple every day.

Funny thing is that many times the domain they are trying to sell isn't similar in ANY way. I guess it's just a "Screw it, he owns a domain" and they send it to me.

Thank you all, I see. I thought it was only targeted to me lol cause the domains were very similar to the ones I have like the .net, etc. I receive them daily. I am sure it works for them sometimes and someone replies to them, asking for the price etc.
