I was reviewing some of the original .tv threads last night. Interesting reading!

So, an open question(s) for the NP members that have seen the error of their ways (and there are a lot of you) and come around to .tv

What made you come around and how has your outlook for .tv changed? Are you now cautiously interested, merely balancing your portfolio or bullish?

Interested in hearing your thoughts?

One such amusing thread

I don't know how Argos even got up the courage to get started in .tv!

^ Huh?

The thread and humble opinions, thoughts, comments that you reference is dated, 06-20-2003 (three years ago!) ... and very little has changed for me, personally, insofar as the evolution (you might refer to it as growth) of the ".TV" domain name extension, purely for Wholesale resales/speculation IMHO.

I will say, however, that .TV's (along with some of the other lesser extensions) CAN be nicely developed - of course this adding value to the core domain(s), in my view. I hope to see more of these developed sites in the next three years (and hopefully you will then quote these errors of our way, as well)! :gl: :snaphappy:

By amusing, you must mean - at least partly - my post dated:

By the way, is Tuvalu (.TV) still there?!? D-:

Is it still there? :|

All the best, DotTV.

Righto, I agree ... God bless to those citizens of Tuvalu! :hearts:

Here is an informative link (see "Global Warning"), as well ...
http://www.tuvaluislands.com (though it seems the site originates in Canada (.CA still, I believe), and right-hand .TV advertisement reads, "Get Tuvalu's top-level indernet domain."

Thanks much.
