Domain push at Enom, have you ever see this?

Hi all,
I'm buying a domain name, which is registered at a reseller of Enom, NOT enomcentral.
I opened an account at enomcentral, i thought it'll be a easy push, since the two resellers are under ENOM. After the push, domain didn't come to my account. The seller contacted his registra(reseller of Enom), replied that there's an inspection period. Have you ever see the similar problem?
