Yes sure, but I tend to sell them for a lower price than the names I snap / backorder, or win at auctions.

hand reg' names may sell, but at a lower rate and lower price

Handreg sells. Aftermarket sells. But my max till date is a name I bought at auction.

Yes yes yes.
Especially in the early days. Now I hardly handreg anymore unless it's for a development project.
If you pick names carefully, there is a fair chance you'll get inquiries and a sale perhaps.
