I am actively looking for a great established website for sale, one that gets 3000 unique visitors a month, (minimum)I am looking for a website that is NOT adult or casino oriented, I prefer one that is a membership kind of site or one that sells software to webmasters, or possibly a site that offers a service to the community
If possible I hope to find a site that is a PR of 4 or better.
Am I dreaming here??? seems I get few replies? I value the webmasters in here and if any of you want to help me find a site that will be a great value I would be willing to pay a finders fee for your help!I have looked everywhere I can think of and come up empty, I keep finding junk like those template "sell traffic " sites, and crummy "fix your credit " sites I DO NOT WANT A 50 DOLLAR TEMPLATE SITE!!!!!
