I will page a finders fee of $20 to anyone that finds me the best price for sites (especially blogs) for sale meeting the following criteria.
1. A minimum pagerank of 5.
2. At least a 1,000 pages indexed.
3. No search engine penalties (I will check this one for you)
4. The price of the site must be below my maximum price (not disclosed)
5. The site must not have changed hands within the last 6 months or so (e.g. I dont want a recently acquired and repurposed domain that may not hold its pagerank)
Please do not submit sites if they do not meet these standards.
I am looking to buy between 1 and 3 sites to start. If the price is too expensive, I will not accept the offer (or pay the finders fee).
I have bought great domains in the past at a great price, and looking to buy more.
