Established Looking to buy a web-site

I am looking to purchase a web site

1) I dont want a gener site that I can buy for $10.00 elsewhere

2 ) will consider a new site w/ alot of potential with attractive design.

Thought I try this site for some help, it seems to me that all who I met on here are very well savy in the industry and very nice to deal with. My congrads to the site .
I have been in the marketing industry for all my life and know how to make money.

still trying to decide , looked at some higher end Traffic sites w/ catagory list, but the site appeal or should i say graphics were still too gener. Looked at a few freelance/job sites. ( a good friend of mine has one but took him about 3 years to generate about 2k a month ) My cafepress site in 8 months does at least $50-280 a month. Any suggestions ?
