a couple of months back I sold Mz6.com, this earned me a nice $90 profit as I sold it for $120.

However, now I wish I had kept it, Im getting offers left right and center for the domain from places where I had it listed.....

That just goes to show that waiting can pay off, never be too hasty.

You could have sold it in the mid $XXX nowadays, you should have hung on to it.

Never look back, IMHO. :cy:

Wish I had that same problem with my domains. I think when you get good money for a domain you should take it. Better offers may come down the road but then again they might not. Hindsight is always 20/20.

Does that particular combination have any meaning? It kind of sounds like its related to a Mazda product :D

Ahh, I hate it when that happens, well, there is no looking back....... look towards the future :P

I've done that with one site I developed, but beyond that I have never had that happen to me.

Well thinking about it carefully; you probably used that money to invest on other names, which you might have profited from already, then it would feel so bad.

I think your right..... It just annoys me because now its probably worth $500.

If you can afford to sit on a name which you feel has potential its best to do so, then again its not ez figuring out which names might hold value to someone.

I feel there is a buyer for every name, its just a ? of when they will find you or you find them.

Good point there tippy. I think in future I will regard domains as more of a long time investment rather than easy, quick money.

lol, I have to start thinking the same way. Everytime I get like a nice offer it makes me think, damn why did I sell all those other names so quickly, they were much better then this one...

I'm now trying to like have 2 types of registrations, the quick sale ones which I really dont feel hold much value but I can turn a quick profit on and other regs which are keepers/long term.

Hance Endusers . . . and Resellers.

You made a 300% profit !! Fantastic. If you reivested that $90 and did the same again, and again, and again you'd make the sales as the domains were under enduser prices and sell to resellers and you'd make a fortune.

Lots with small margins, or few with high margins. You can chose.
