I don't know if this is an actual banner but man, you'd have to be a dummy to actually enter the info:

I have to say, I know of at least 10 people off the top of my head that would enter it, not because they are dumb, they just don't know any better.

There is so many people out there that use the internet and know nothing about safty. wow good banner, I'm sure they got a lot of hits.

lol, that was a good one Dave. But in all seriousness, yes, my cc has been stolen.

Several years ago, a nice Russian chap hacked into a website where I purchased a hard drive. Apparently the online store didn't have much of a security system and the Russian hacker charged up $6k within two hours. Luckily, one of the merchants where the hacker bought merchandise contacted me after the merchant noticed the shipping address of the products did not match my credit card billing address. I was able to get my card cancelled and Visa footed the bill. Ironically, Visa didn't even bother to contact the merchants and stop the shipments to the hacker. In the end, I got my things straightened with my credit and the hacker got his booty.

i put my no in 1 ov those n it sed my no has not bn stolen but thn 4 wks l8r my bill cms thro n ther is $1400 xtra charge on it. omfg- whas hapnd i thought n i foned visa n they sed it was fraud n i thought omg it cn hapn 2 ne1?!?!!!!!!!!11!!

I had some dodgy transactions on a card years ago, before chip-and-pin on a card I had cut-up months beforehand. I telephoned the company, said "I didn't buy these" and they refunded me just like that.
I was *tempted* to go out and buy a new £1900 Mac and say that I didn't buy that either

I agree, there are some people who just don't know any better, I had my stolen from my mail box, needless to say, i no longer receive mail at home, P.O. Box now, I have figured, one day , one of my CC #s will get stolen off the net
