Has someone ever accepted a SEDO counter offer from you and not paid?

Has someone ever accepted a SEDO counter offer from you and not paid?

If so, what was the action you took or resolution you received?

I just had someone accept a counter offer for an amount that I thought they would reject. What will SEDO do on my behalf if this party fails to pay?

Any thoughts, feedback, or comments would be greatly appreciated!

I have a pending transaction sitting in my report right now - for over two months.
The buyer went through a series of offers/counters, then won the following auction. Sedo invoiced him. Still nothing. I don't think Sedo will raise any flags unless you start bothering them about the transaction.
I really think they need to be more proactive with these situations. Banning dead beat "buyers" would be a good first step.

Let's say someone "buys" your domain and does not pay. The seller decides to move on and builds a website on that name. THEN the "buyer" comes out of the woodwork and claims the purchase (to which you - the seller - are still legally bound).

I'm in exactly the same situation. They'll do practically nothing to chase down non-payers except send them their automated emails. It's not in their best interests to start banning people, coz they might buy another domain. Personally, I think it devalues Sedo as a domain aftermarket sales service, but what do they care? There are millions of other willing buyers and sellers. They're only motivation is maximization of revenue.

Just had this happen to me...end result was that Sedo didn't give a rat's ass. Unless the sale is for big bucks, at most they'll ban the buyer and toss you a featured category listing bone. Most times, they'll give you the buyer's contact details if you ask...don't know what good that does...can't milk a turnip.

After an auction ends, how long do you wait for Sedo or the buyer to pay you? After waiting for 2-3 months, if you develop the domain and the buyer turns up, can you refuse to transfer the domain?
