Has anyone been accepted for InternetTraffic.com?

Anyone here applied for or been accepted by Frank Schilling's InternetTraffic.com? There's actually remarkably few posts on this service here at NP, considering that this service is supposed to be something of a game-changer. Hype or not? Closed shop (to just the usual suspects) or not?

Abdul, they are simply the best :) I have a "torent" Typo, making 2 - 10 clicks per day and earning anything from 0.01 - 0.20 USD per day. BUT yesterday I got like 2 clicks summing up to 75 USD. It seems someone was searching alcohol rehab movies on a torrent domain. LOL

WOW!
I have a torrent movie related name too with them and I hope the same visitor will browse my parked page too!!!

Can I ask you how you can see the keywords people search? I haven't found that option yet..I am new there.
Thanks

" yes you are what " ? the answer is " WRONG "
if you go to internettraffic.com you are redirected to DomainNamesales.com which is the parking company we are talking about.
Quite upsetting that a domainer doesn't know DNS though!!!!!:|

Hi there :) You really cant see that. When they launched they ve said that their platform is not about statistics. Its just a lucky guess :)

That's just fantastic! Were those clicks for the same domain you said earlier?

No, this time mostly on alcohol and drug rehab Typos with 100% US traffic concerning the original site.

Just approved. Good first impressions with the sales platform. Starting to park some domains with IT.

I have over 300 domains parked with DNS and they direct straight to the sales page on each name. Am I missing revenue by doing this? After my experiences with Sedo I don't expect to make a dime from pay per click...

I would like Dns to have better report views. I miss the option to clic on a daily report, as voodoo or parkingcrew do.
It's annoying to generate a report and download it.

Tested car donation domain on IT (previously at DS) and in 10 days to 2 weeks already 7 clicks and half of the year revenue as at DS. Moved finance domain from DS and in 7 days the 3 months revenue of DS. The XX clicks are so unbelievable rare these days at DS.

I've appled a couple of times at Internet Traffic but get declined each time. I have over 1 million uniques per month quality traffic... :(

How can you say 1 million a month quality traffic? If you have natural traffic you couldnt be so convinced in the quality. And 1 million sounds fishy to me. I guess they have a reason not to accept you. They accept even portfolios with X,XXX uniques per month. And your marshal site is just hideous :)

Abdul, again 2 days delay in statistics? Its my favourite part of the day... :) Hope this get fixed soon,
Has anybody noticed, but when there is a statistics delay, there are far more unvalid clicks on domains. Do they delay it, because somebody using adwords cliked on the competition ads in order to hurt their business? Parked pages could be the appropriate medium to do that. In eastern Europe companies using Adwords hire people to click on the ads of competition.

Here's a question for the group, and for DNS if they are monitoring it: I am trying to clean up my categories and sub-categories on my domains at DNS in order to hopefully improve revenue (which is down sharply from last year on roughly the same domains plus many more - see Shane Cultra's coverage of this earlier this year).

Here's the problem - In the edit domain popup box, there is an option under "Parking Details" to select "Specific Keyword" which causes the lander page to only show keywords closely related to its categorization. This sounds like a good feature for many specific generic keyword domains, but for some reason it purposely de-activates any "Buy Now" price feature assigned to a domain.

There is no workaround on this, even in a portfolio that is designated as "Buy it Now." The only recourse is to choose between Specific Keyword or Buy Now option. Does anyone know why this is? Here's what appears in the warning icon on the domain settings page when you hover over it:

Buy Now unavailable: Domain is marked Specific Keyword
Be warned, there is no faq on the website explaining this situation. Is this a glitch, or by design? Try it out yourself and let me know if you get the same result.

I have got one question...

Have any one made changes by setting "Specific Keyword" ?
I made that change thinking that earning may go up but I saw big decline in clicks.

Can you share your experience in this regard?

Did you happen to notice if a domain was no longer available for sale with buy now (if you use that)?

I think the "Specific Keyword" tool is intended for domains where there is a possible use of the domain that would trigger trademark problems. Like not wanting computer ads on Apple.com. I guess in TM cases it is considered better not to offer a price. I agree an option would be better.

You also can have Buy-It-Now with no ads, but it looks like DNS will charge 10% commission on sales then. I understand that without ads DNS does not make parking revenue, and I think -- hope -- that Escrow is included in the commission. Still seems too high if you handle it yourself. It is totally unclear if the $175 minimum commission applies to Buy-it-now listings.
