Low $,$$$ ?
Good luck, unless there is a city of Hamburg in the US.
I hope you are not targeting the Germans with that domain (non-.de extension & English keywords).
Note that .net & .org are taken but undeveloped. Try to sell to the owners of alternate extensions maybe :gl:

Sorry, i never really followed the .de market, but still is it that bad to use english keywords to target a .de market?

Well looks like you were thinking germany. lol putting .de and english aside, Hamburg is the 2nd largest city in Germany. Odds are people would be looking for apartments not homes.

Well according to google adwords keyword tool there is not that a big of a difference between hamburg homes and hamburg apartments. the first has a an exact Global Monthly Search Volume of 1000 and hamburg apartments has a Global Monthly Search Volume of 1300. Still, is it that bad to target english keywords for a .de market?. I wassent expecting to hit the jackpot, but nevertheless, Hamburg is a pretty big city.

Probably not a good idea, and in Germany .de rules... I think using .de is a must-do in particular for a market of a local nature like real estate.

PS: I'm surprised that the .de is taken too, it's parked though.
Anyway, that's one more possible end user for you ;)

i'm sure if the .net, .org and .de where developed sites, i could have never got this .com domain name... the dot org is owned by NameMedia and listed for $1,988 :lala:  From the go start i didnt even considered this domain name to be so high valuated, that's why i asked in the first post if it could even fetch low $x,xxx

My sister has continuously lived in germany for close to two decades and i met alot of germans thru her and I constantly hear about the cultural differences and they for the most part speak english well but they soooo want to do things in deutsch not english.

And finding a "home" in Hanburg is probally like finding a "home" in New York City. I would rather be the king of Hamburg New York Homes then fight about three layers of heavy resistance shoe horning this into germany.

NameMedia wanting 2k for a real estate name, thats what they do. If you could really find out why NM owns the .org bet you its from a usa cities realestate list, with your name being regged at the time. Hey goodluck with the name
