Munich is written München in German and whilst the anglicised spelling is used on occasion, that would go on a .com or .net and the E doesn't do a great deal for a German themed domain, they prefer the suffix 24 for some reason.

Koln - same thing. It's actually spelt Köln and if you want to leave the umlauts out then it's koeln. No value here sorry.

This is exactly right. They're not big on 'e' as a prefix, and that combined with the English spellings makes these reg fee to low $xx.
