I had an ofer on my domain PokerPortal,eu for Euro 250 on Sedo.
I personally feel it's far too low for this domain and counter-offered with Euro2,500. The potential buyer then countered again with Euro 400. Way too little IMO
I would like to see what some of my more learned Namepro's friends think this domain is worth.
Thanks
Fred

I honestly think that the .eu is what kills the domain, I would ask for a firm 1000 euro see if they will go for it, now IMO I don't think it is even worth the 400 he offered but they do seem to be budging so keep going is my reccomendation.

Good Luck,
Miguel

I think it is a great name and you shouldn't sell it for less than 800-1000 EUR to an end user. Good Luck

I think the offer is reasonable which you have got, start an auction with the offer. If you have luck, you could sell for Euro 2,500.

Thanx for all the input.
By the way the statement that the .EU is what kills the extension is very wrong. Have a look at the DNjournal Sales for the past year and you will see what kind of prices .EU names are getting. Also the extension is slowly gaining in popularity and many .EU sites are live and I have seen at least 3 TV commercials featuring a company using the .EU extension. Also in magazines and newspapers the .EU domain pops up more regurlarly lately.
Since it's inception I personally have sold 4 .EU domains. My highest sale so far was for RACINGWORLD.eu which I sold for Euro 1,200
So personally I feel that Euro 400 is way below what the domain should get. I think I will now counteroffer with Euro 1,200 as my final lowball price. Otherwise I will keep the domain rather as I am sure that further on down the road I will get my price or even more.
Regards
Fred

I would suggest that it's worth $8-1000, not far off the 400 euros they offered. While the .eu may be gaining in popularity I would personally prefer even a .co.uk to the .eu. poker combined with one other supporting word has been done to death in a variety of TLDs so you're up against a lot of competition.

I am not too sure about value but I think your asking price is not extreme. Low $$$$ would sound about right.
