Had a sister-in-law call me about usavoice.org - Scam?

Had a sister-in-law call me about a job offer she received from usavoice.org , it seems quite like a scam, but I can't find a definitive source to prove its "scamness" (Although there are many forum type postings that claim it to be, they never show anything substantive...).
I don't want to burst her bubble unnecessarily; has anyone heard anything about this domain/news co.?

I ran a search with their name and scam and got a lot of responses. They are merely forums and such but usually when something like this occurs there is good reasoning behind it. I would burst her bubble.

Yeah, I guess I am just looking for a more reliable source that I can point to besides "I read it on some forums that..." I was hoping snopes would have it, or maybe even a mention on monster.com about the scam... but nothing yet, just lots of pissed off people, apparently.

Apparently, this scammer is smart enough to keep changing his domain, but the end-goal is the same - to collect personal info of gullible jobseekers and employers. Jobseeker info (which contains at least one's resume) is particularly dangerous to give out to unknown entities, as this can be used to hijack one's identity (for example, fraudulently order new credit cards!).

Thanks Apollo!
If nothing else I can send her that link to try to take some of the "sting" out of it...
