i would say everything above mid xx or high xx should be acceptable for this name with .net extension

acc. keyword tool , we have only 480 people worldwide searching for the term "technical forum" / "technical forums" each month.

and considering the fact that there was almost no exciting .....forums.net sale in the past (except webmastersforums.net), and considering that the .com is for sale too with no interest and no traffic, i would sell this name for anything above mid xx

i would agree with mid $xx right now. If you suspect this buyer wants to put up a forum, i would counter with very low $xxx...leverage matters in this industry..

Agreed. The domain is a tad long. Mid $xx seems about right.

It certainly breaks the 14 character rule that some people held stock on last year, but I agree that you should make a reasonable counter offer.
