What do you think of Guru Crew Support that a2hosting offers on their web site in their package plans?
Do you trust it?

Personaly I dont like overseller webhosts. They lie to there customers to get sales. Most turn broke quite quickly when starting out. http://www.hastyhost.com/overselling.php is a great article on overselling.

Why overeselling was mentored in here? I believe that question was about support.

How do you know about that? have you ever hosted wit6h them?

@OP: This is nothing more than marketing trick. There are lots of them, for instnce marblehost.com tells they have "absolutely no hidden fees", what is standing to reason, but this attracts customers. The same here - every host must have guru crews to be qualified provider.

I assume that they have some kind of unique support issues and you are not sure about the differences with other host. So shot them PM and ask.

I believe if the OP has contacted a2hosting.com support they will know more about that. In any case the company has been in the hosting business for a long while and their reputation is stable.

Better thing you can do to know more about that is to try and feel directly IMO.

Matt I absolutely agree with you. But you know sometimes people want to check uptime without any try.
