Why are you comparing golf + word sales to GulfPackage? It is misleading....did you misread it?Specs:
DomainIndex - $7,140 - Good score, but it might even be more, and can be less
1625 Global Search, CPC $1.88, 69% COMP (Med-High), 22 Years old (good for Google ranking)
www.GoldPack.com on Godaddy owner wants $45,000
Sales History DNPric.es More recent
2015 - GolfFlags.com - $14,500
2014 - GolfCourses.com - $55750
2018 - GolfInstructor.com - $12 250
You'll have to do your own comparative analysis on the specs
I'd say you could comfortable clear mid $1/2XXXX at the right place, with the right figures displayed.
He could then go on the analyse CPC, global searches, valuations and age etc for those above, and make an inference on whether or not the valuation provided by DomainIndex was fair or something? Why are you comparing golf + word sales to GulfPackage? It is misleading....did you misread it?
OP ignore any appraisal based on valuation tools, again they can be very misleading and downright dangerous.
Valuation tools alone aren't very trustworthy, especially if traffic is a major weight in valuation. I mean, look at my signature, there's no way many of those world receive a value. I just wanted him to see what Domain Index was doing for his, and for the others, and what they actually sold for, and what people are selling them for (the godaddy seller.)Why are you comparing golf + word sales to GulfPackage? It's like comparing apples and mops.. golf and gulf are not relatedHe could then go on the analyse CPC, global searches, valuations and age etc for those above, and make an inference on whether or not the valuation provided by DomainIndex was fair or something?
Comparable sales can be searched for on Namebio and you can drill down much deeper there, it's always worth cross checking sales shown by valuation tools with namebio. The valuation tools are showing you those sales for a reason.....to get you to reg the name and earn either a commission or fee.....Valuation tools alone aren't very trustworthy, especially if traffic is a major weight in valuation. Thanks for this. I also use name bio but wanted him to look at the specifics of the sales too. CPC and volume is important if selling to an advertiser, and also when looking at sale price and specs together, you begin to notice what's important. Some sales you question the value.
