You have a website and trying to rank high in search engines??

But you dropped alot in rankings??

Than you have to check that you maybe over optimized your website.

I experienced this with one of my sites and over optimizing was the cause..

I hope I help some of you with this article

It is not optimizing but "over optimizing" that will work against you. An example would be overstuffing your keyword(s).

There is a line between optimizing your websites and over optimizing them. I don't think anyone knows exactly where that line is and it probably changes as Google updates their algorithm.

I would think you would be safe if you Optimize your "title tags" "meta description" and used an <h1> tag with you keyword(s) in it at the top of you index page. Then use the keywords throughout the body but not so much that it would be noticable to a human reading the page that something fishy is going on. Anyone agree/disagree?
