sales Got an Offer on DAN today Morning

Nothing like seeing an email notification on my phone, that you have an offer on a domain name, first thing the in morning when you wake up, right?

I only got the Buyer name from the DAN blank invoice, to check out the buyer, so I typed in the name on google and guess what Google suggested

I typed FirstName LastName and google autosuggested "FirstName LastName Poor" hahahaha
Meaning other people have been searching for him with the keyword "Poor"
I hope this person is not a habitual fake offer maker. Fingers crossed.

I have sold well over 1,000 domain names over the years and have had that rush many times but just as much of a rush today as it was the first time- a long time ago!

One of my (potential) buyers had the first name <Edited out just in case> and the last name Rich. He explained that he is in fact Poor and cannot afford the domain ;-()
