advice Buyer not responding after accepted offer

I got an offer on DAN of 1500,- dollar for an .ai domain which i accepted. So there's a legal agreement.

Buth the buyer hasn't payed yet and is not responding to the payment reminders people of DAN are sending them.

What are my options?

I have had multiple "sales" not pan out lately on Dan.com.

I asked Dan.com to provide the buyer's information on one canceled transaction, and they refused to do so.

The bar is low enough for buyers that you can expect many sales to fall through. It's just part of the business.

It's not worth pursuing. Certainly not for this gross amount.

While they are legally obligated, I agree with others it's not worth the hassle in almost all circumstances. I've had buyers fall through and then sell the domain for more shortly after. The way I see it, if they don't want it then no point in forcing them to buy it. It is unethical on their part, but you can choose to waste more time and energy into it or move on and accept that it happens sometimes.

Once sold a domain at Sedo where the buyer hit the BIN and didn't respond to Sedo for more than a week and paid on the 8th day.

Given that DAN has already sent multiple payment reminders, this must have been a while ago. I'm also curious about how long exactly.
