Hi everyone

After looking through the different forum categories for quite a while I'm unsure where to place this question. So as to not put it in a totally wrong place I am inserting it here in the Break Room and hope a mod can move it if required.

I use OpenOffice Writer for opening/editing text, .doc documents, etc. However I have a long list of domains that are in a .txt file along with other text. Unfortunately each domain is listed as domain.com instead of www.domain.com which means they are not hyperlinked in OpenOffice Writer. I can use the replace/find to add a www. to the start of each but this still means I have to manually put a space or enter after each domain for it to hyperlink. Does anyone know of an automatic way of doing this? Do I have to buy Microsoft Office as I seem to remember it automatically hyperlinking?

I hope I'm making sense. Basically I want a way to automatically hyperlink any domains in text files withough having to manually space or enter after each one.

Rep & NP$ for any answer that solves my problem.

I think you have to do it manually :(

I'm pretty sure you have to do it manual. If only you could find enters and do it. Like if alt+364 was the enter key, then:

Find: alt+364
Replace: alt+364 www.
