I got a mail about a complaint against me to Wipo.
Its about my domain : Montecarlo-Casinos.com

They said that montecarlo-casinos is a trademark .

Any advices?

it is " Casino de Monte-Carlo" as a trademark...
They saying I'm using both nouns to sell my domain.
It is a famous casino in Monaco.

Ask thim to go and f**** someone else. Try to send them an offer.

To my knowledge,
You are not using that domain to tamper their growth or spoil the reputation or try to run similar service or advertise any other casino who are their copetitors.
You registered that domain in good faith without any intention to curb the business of Casino de Monte-Carlo casinos.

And they have the trademark only for Casino de Monte-Carlo and not for montecarlo-casinos.com.

Send them a 1000 dollar negotiable offer.

I put it in Sedo a month ago and I didnt know that they bid on it.
They put 100euro bid and I asked 900.
That was before their mail.
Now they are saying I'm trying to earn money using their reputation.

Well, the name and domain sound pretty similay to me, but them making a bid on the domain then going to court does look pretty fraudalent.
