Numerous offers received in the $x,xxx range but decided not to sell due to huge potential.

Hard to put a number on it but it's a good, catchy brandable name. Obviously social media is huge, and the go at the beginning isn't bad. It will depend on the buyer. You know, right now short numerics and 4Ls are getting most of the action. But, this is a good brandable. If you can do some marketing, you could get a good price.

I did a quick search on GD auctions for all domains ending in socialmedia, with no more than 3 letters in front. The BIN prices are $xxx - $xx,xxx and they are not as nice as yours imo.

Sorry but, I really can't see any value. Social Media is here and accepted in all its formats - as just part of life.
GoSocial / GoMedia Sure very workable - GoSocialMedia reads it bit like GoTelephone to me. It doesn't make a 'today' connection.

I'm guessing the offers came in earlier in the domains registration ,
