It's useless extension IMO and it will NOT help with SEO. It just helps with app coding/development. And saves you a second

Coding is minimal... just a few lines/headers...
Every developer can do it easily.
I can't imagine developer who will spend high $xxx or more - just for this "advantage". Must be really serious reason.
