Yes all tools say PR4. Simply purchased this expired domain at TDNAM some 3 months ago and parked it.

There are 12 links in Yahoo including 2 PR6 but none in Google

Thats the reason, Google backlinks are updated periodically just like PR but on Yahoo and MSN it is very fast.

the reason is google does not show accurate backlinks, you need to use webmaster tools to get that information.

You can also try the link command on AOL search which sources its data from google and tends to show more backlink information.
