PR Question: WTF is Going On?

My site is normally a PR4 site but suddenly today google is saying I have no backlinks and when I run a check I am getting anything from 0-2 as my pr. here is what each one of Googles data centers has me ranked as. Am i dropping to a PR0 site????

Do one thing go to your google webmaster account and then check your links from there.

From google and in the google and by the google. This report cannot be wrong.

ok so I did this and got:

however in the search engine link, cache and info all come up empty. However site and related function just fine:
