Google just bumped me up to one of those 'super listings', + 1000's new daily

One of my hobby sites just got bumped up to to one of those super listings on Google with the 8 subpages listed below.

'obama mccain comparison'

How did this happen? I didn't even set up a map. Funny is that when we search 'mccain obama comparison' or 'obama mccain compare' the news results I'm bumped back down to 2nd and loose the enhanced listing.

How did I get this listing and how can I keep it?

This also shows .info domain can be used for good purposes and search engines will give good rankings to it.

sitelinks are up to google to come up with. you can have 8 max at the moment, but you can't choose them... although you can choose not to have them.

It's for sites that have lots of traffic, rank number one for their searched keywords, clear internal linking structures, good backlinks, good ctr's on google's search and are easily indexed. That's been my experience - I have a few sites in this position and when they start listing it like that the traffic explodes.

It's not something a webmaster can 'game' really. Just follow normal seo procedures to the letter and hope you nail that top spot.

Good job on the super listings. I'd say content is king with the super listing. Its something that most people with developed sites would love.

Congratulations on the work. Just a quick glance at the home page tells me that you have a LOT of content. I'm guessing that this helps. I have no idea, actually, but I'm just making observations.

It is interesting to me that the PR of the website isn't high (my google toolbar reports that PR as 0). I wonder why Google has decided to do that for a website with no PR.

I believe that you can choose them. GOogle says that htye pick them based on utility, therefore presumably those pages got lots of attention/traffic etc.
