Hi

I owned a site that had very well concealed google ads with images next to them. I know that is now not allowed and i have lost contact with the partner i was working with on that site. I now dont have the domain or FTP. I tried contacting him and he wont respond and im not sure how i can get rid of it and get my site back.

Thanks

How can you 'own' the site and not have access to the domain? If it's in your former partner's name, then he owns it, not you, unless you have some sort of contract stating you both own it. If you don't have a contract, you lose, unless you can get through to your former partner.

Great partner :| by not responding anymore.
Looks more like he cut you out of the loop and continued with that other partner.

Do you only have his email address?
Give him a call otherwise.

And if that don't work send him a signed letter, don't know exactly how to call it in English, a certified letter?
Anyhow, the mailman delivers the letter and only he can take the letter in receipt by signing in and identifying himself.

If he still doesn't respond then then you know exactly where you at.

Yeah take great caution when dealing with partners or giving anoyone access to your site. But even when careful it comes up.... sigh
