you cannot see that keywords, its also a big problem for me, but i can see my searches in Google Webmaster Tools, you should also take a look at Google Webmasters, they will also provide you with analytics of your site

I have also searched for this answer and the answer is we cant see that keywords, yes now Google webmaster tool helps to get information of search queries, so you should have a look to Google Webmaster tool as well which will give you complete analyze of your website, so using tools smartly will really help to heck the performance of the website.

I agree with you, Google webmaster tool show detail about the keyword queries of your site( percentage of each keyword, the number of click ...)

Yup! I agree with you but for keyword tracking I always do it manually.

Well theoretically you can't view the (not provided) keywords but You can figure out the type of keyword by checking the landing pages of the visitors of (not provided)keywords!

the keywords as capture by google analytics are retrieved from referral url sent by the client's browser. If client's browser (or addon, plugin, firewall) block the referrer or certain parts of the referrer, the keywords can't be captured by google analytics, and thus show as "not provided".

You can try using google web-master tools, which will show you all keywords from google search engine (including those "not provided" in google analytics)

To look at what Google analytics data is providing with not related keywords, you can go in for Google webmaster tool which answers to the maximum number of queries.
