Good offer on Sedo... but terrible after Escrow Fee!!

So, I got an offer for one of my so-so domains that I have listed on Sedo. The offer is only for $100 bucks. But to be truthful, I’m fine with that offer....and would accept it in a heart beat except for the fact that I would only get $40 after Sedo took their $60 minimum.

Is there anyway I can communicate with the potential buyer and tell him to do this privately instead of through Sedo? It appears that any messages I send to the seller have to be screened by Sedoo first

I’m stumped.
Any ideas?

Because not everyone likes to sat on Golden egg. There are lots of people who like to cash flow.

Sorry you have to be more clear. you register domain for $8 and you goal is to sell it for $100 ? How many per day you sell those? 100 ? 1000 ?

Make sure the buyer can find you through the whois

this would be one good move especially when you combine with additional step :
- remove the domain from sedo listing
- change the dns setting into your own
- place index.html on your hosting
- put your sale price along with your contact details on the index.html
