Good niche for parking!

Hello guys..
voilà another probably interesting questions..

i've found some "unusual" high paying niche like carpet cleaning, plumbing, contractors and so on..

we know that there are great niches for parking like lawyer, data recovery, rehab, IT, mesothelioma and so on that provide great clicks! So for "unusual" i mean the niche that are high paying but really few people mentions..
why? coz they are no good for parking?

from my experience i think that those niche doesn't convert..
but maybe is just for my traffic that is no good..
anyone had some success with those "unusual"
niche?

for success i mean earn more than what you pay for that domain.

These types of business owners (blue collar worker types) are easily taken advantage of by google -- in that they get sold adwords express and overpay.

Actually, with the Google mostly focused on history and interest based ads instead of the domain and it's keywords, niche has become pretty much obsolete. If the user has been performing searches for free movies download and your domain is mesothelioma, the user will still be served ads for free movies download, making your high paying niche kinda useless.

It sucks, but it's the way Google wants us to behave.
